At ARC, every garment is designed, crafted, and finished by hand in-house. Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-one creations, making each item unique.

Because of the handmade nature and limited availability of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, fit, materials, or measurements, please contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to help you make an informed decision.

If your order arrives with the wrong item or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution if an error occurred on our part.
