Thank you for choosing ARC.

Every ARC garment is made to order and handcrafted in-house. We begin sourcing materials, cutting fabric, and constructing your garment only after your order has been placed. This approach allows us to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship while reducing unnecessary waste.

Because each piece is created specifically for you, orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–6 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the complexity of the garment.

 

Shipping

After your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and your selected shipping destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ARC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations once work has started. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
